This article will focus on the ethical dilemmas and concerns related to eliciting nature of agency in classrooms that emerges learning contexts. Agency is a somewhat elusive phenomena evidence because it involves capturing signs indications thinking involved negotiating meanings, capacity for initiating, constructional decision-making. These processes are often made explicit through dialogic actional exchanges between teachers and/or learners. includes taking account activities engaged in, either independently or collaboratively. It also requires earlier happenings interactions classroom participants might influence shape later events. There concern about ways teachers’ learners’ demonstrable originality creativity recognised communicated scrutiny by others. Additionally, approval procedures (BERA 2018) require research protects participants’ anonymity, confidentiality, dignity; therefore, has be carried out with integrity. Ensuring benefits from maximised no-one harmed feel uncomfortable utmost care balance insightful data while maintaining appropriate duty participants. To achieve these objectives, multiple methods were used. Audio video recordings transcribed analysed make sense teacher learner agency. The findings include an events map, photographic images, episodes illustrating contrasting conclusion considers tensions emerge as researchers seeking characterize without compromising privacy.
